Terms of Service

Say it plain — that's one of our values, and it applies to legal pages too. These are the terms for using this website and an honest summary of how we engage with partner brands.

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of braviching.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Client work is always governed by a separate written engagement letter or services agreement signed by both parties. If anything here conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

2. Who we are

Braviching Private Limited ("Braviching", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated in India on 15 May 2025 (CIN: U69200HR2025PTC132084), with its registered office at 1st Floor, Plot No. 620, Phase-V, Udyog Vihar Industrial Complex, Dundahera, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India. The company is directed by Hiteshbhai Devshibhai Mistry and Abhinit Kumar and is the dedicated India operations arm of Bravich Ltd, United Kingdom (est. 2016).

3. Using the Site

  • Use the Site lawfully and only for its intended purpose — learning about our services, contacting us, and applying for roles.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe its infrastructure, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
  • Content you submit through forms must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Content — no promises, no advice

The Site describes our services and how we work. It is information, not professional advice, and not a contractual offer. Ecommerce outcomes — revenue, ROAS, conversion rates, rankings — depend on many factors; nothing on this Site guarantees a particular result.

We may update, correct, or remove Site content at any time without notice.

5. How engagements work

For transparency, this is the model our engagement letters follow — the specifics (scope, fees, term) are agreed in writing per partner:

  • Written scope. Every engagement is defined in a signed engagement letter covering work-streams, team, commercial terms, and operating rhythm.
  • Transparent pricing. Fixed monthly retainers with defined scope and deliverables. No percentage-of-adspend billing, no surprise fees, no middleware markups.
  • Custodian, not owner. Account access, billing, and administrative privileges for marketplaces, ad platforms, and email tools remain in the partner's name at all times.
  • Reporting. A weekly operational snapshot, a monthly written performance review, and a quarterly strategic review.
  • Clean exits. On termination, we transition all access, reports, and documentation back to the partner or their nominee within the period set in the engagement letter.

6. Intellectual property

The Braviching name, wordmark, chevron logo, and the content of this Site are the property of Braviching Private Limited and its parent group. You may not reproduce them without our written permission, except for fair, accurate references to our company.

Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Mirakl, Shopify, Magento, Google, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and others — belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes the platforms we operate on and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Careers & recruitment

Information submitted with job applications must be true and accurate. Braviching never charges candidates a fee at any stage of recruitment — anyone demanding payment to process a "Braviching" application is not acting for us; please report it to hr@braviching.com.

8. Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, from reliance on its content, or from third-party sites we link to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Liability in relation to contracted services is dealt with in the relevant engagement letter.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its "last updated" date; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
