About the Role

We're looking for an analytical and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing inside and out - from audience strategy and creative testing to data analysis and optimisation. We are working with a UK-based firm, so candidates must have good spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Optimise campaign performance by analysing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting.
  • Develop audience strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation to maximise return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to brief, test, and optimise ad creatives and messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
  • Report on campaign performance with clear insights, data visualisations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Explore new paid channels or campaign types that could provide additional growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta (additional experience on TikTok or Reddit is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of managing performance-driven ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel/event setup.
  • Experience using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations and clear next steps.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good spoken and written English (working with UK-based firm).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other eCommerce and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance-based ad design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and organic social media as part of a broader digital strategy.
  • Experience managing budgets of £10k+/month across multiple channels.
